Working as a crisis counselor has been an invaluable learning experience. It has boosted my #emotionalintelligence immeasurably. #EQ is a life skill I've come to count on, both in my personal and professional lives.

As I learn more about AI and how it is developed and trained, I do believe that kindness is integral to helping it become the best version of itself. These thoughts, along with concerns about bias, got me wondering about what kinds of safeguards are in place to ensure that ChatGPT is a useful tool that can serve a wide variety of people with different needs and under different circumstances. So I asked it a few questions.

Storytelling is an essential aspect of #ContentCreation that helps organizations connect with audiences and bring their mission to life. Stories are at the heart of using narrative to communicate ideas, information and values, and in content creation, they're used to engage audiences in meaningful ways.

Being a caregiver requires mastering a whole host of valuable skills. That's why I think these types of experiences should not be discounted in the job market. Just because you're getting paid in hugs and kisses doesn't mean your skill set is lacking. On the contrary, the skills you build as a caregiver and home manager translate seamlessly to the workplace.

I didn't anticipate the added benefits of volunteering that I've carried with me into my personal and professional lives. These skills have made me a better coworker and a stronger asset to my workplace.

...over time, I came to understand that, in a world where meaning is arbitrary, I had the opportunity to choose what I value. And if I had to sum it up in a word, I would say the answer for me is love.
